“Our
deepest fear is not that we are inadequate,
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
Your playing small doesn’t serve the world.
There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking,
so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We were born to manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It is not just in some of: it is in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people
permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our fear, our presence
automatically liberates others.”
Marianne
Williamson
"The
most authentic thing about us is our capacity
to create, to overcome,
to endure, to transform, to love and to be
greater than suffering."

The
philosophy of her company is strongly based
on the words spoken by Nelson Mandela in his
inaugural speech in 1994. The word UBUNTU itself
is from South Africa. It means 'you are what
you are through other people'. The word
UBU refers to the relationship to the Vital Force
of Life and the Universe. The word NTU refers
to development and empowerment.
The
three symbols of The Ubuntu Company are based
on West-African symbols and express:
 |
Follow
your bliss |
 |
May
the light of knowledge and inner wisdom
shine on you |
 |
Be
in touch with the Vital Force of Life.
You’re part of the Universe |
'I
believe strongly in empowerment of people.
It is the African
Wisdom that inspires me in my daily work and
life'
